Are my personal details safe with Styled Baby?

Yes. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at anytime you would like your information removed from our files please contact us sales@styledbaby.com.au

I saw an item on your store last week at I can’t find it now?

Some of our stock is handmade by boutique manufacturers in places like Orlando, New York and Colorado Springs, so we may only stock that particular style or fabric choice just once, however if you did see something that you just have to have email us at sales@styledbaby.com.au and we can see what we can do for you. So to avoid disappointment add it to your cart when you decide you just can’t live without it, before someone else does.

I noticed that you were taking pre-orders for your baby wrap carriers, why is the price so good and choice so large?

Just before we order styledbaby wraps for our stock, we like to pass some savings onto our customers, so we add more selections in our range for you to choose to pre-order, receive your payment and simply add your selection to our order, knowing that it is pre sold and paid for allows us to pass on some savings without having to stock large qualities and styles of our favourite product.

How do I pay for my order?

Online using PayPal which accepts Mastercard, Visa, your bank account or your PayPal balance.

Please use your name when paying and send us an email to let us know you have paid. Keep in mind payments take up to 48 hours to clear, items will be sent once payment has cleared.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. We use PayPal which ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online feel free to contact us on 0438 200 521 or 0407 534 002 and we will be happy to process your order.

Yes. Absolutely. Please contact us for an exact quote so that we can ensure you are getting the best possible postage price.

When will my order be sent?

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekend and public holidays.

Victoria: 1-2 Business Days
South Australia: 1–2 Business Days

New South Wales: 2-3 Business Days
Queensland: 2–3 Business Days
ACT: 2-3 Business Day
Tasmania: 2–3 Business Days
Northern Territory: 5–7 Business Days
Western Australia: 5–7 Business Days

How much will I pay for postage within Australia?

Delivery within Australia is a flat rate $8.95. So no matter where you are within Australia, all you pay is $8.95.

We use Australia Post as the most convenient and reliable method of postage.

Parcels are not insured against loss or damage. If you would like to insure your package, please note this in the 'Comment' section upon checkout.

Do you do gift packs?

Yes. We can make one up for you to a certain value or you can let us know what you want in the gift pack.

Do you gift wrap?

We have very stylish gift wrapping available at a small fee. Please choose this option when making your purchase.

All orders will come in a stylish and handy reusable carry bag.

Does Styled Baby have a refund or exchange policy?

Yes. Our main priority is to have a happy, satisfied customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt and we will notify you as soon as we receive it and provide you with a credit code to be used within three months.

Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense to:

We can not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale. Please note: A returned item must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact or we are unable to accept the item for return or exchange.
